Delivery and return
Orders as from €75 will be shipped free of charge.
Shipping costs vary by country and will be displayed in your shopping cart.
Below an overview :
- Belgium and the Netherlands : €3.95
- Luxembourg: €5.95
- Germany : €6.50
- France: €9.50
- UK: €10
- Italy, Spain , Portugal: €13,50
We recommend you to group items in one order. Separate orders cannot be combined for shipping. Shipping costs will be charged for each separate order.
Transport and delivery
You can get your orders delivered at an address of your choice.
Orders in Belgium and The Netherlands placed before 22:00 are processed on the same day.
Nobody there at the delivery address? The delivering party will then leave a message at that address. This message details the possibility of a second attempt to deliver and/or a pick up by yourselves.
If the addressee fails to respond within five working days after the first delivery, the shipment will be returned and we will contact you for further instructions.. The extra shipping cost for the package to be sent again will be charged.
Have you changed your mind or are you not satisfied with the purchase? Please return the product(s) within 14 days in its original packaging and in brand new condition.
Do not just resend the product(s), but follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] stating:
- the order number
- the product(s) you wish to return
- your phone number
- your full name, address and bank details (IBAN and BIC / Swift)
- Send the article - in a sufficiently stamped package - together with a copy of that email to the following return address:

- Hold on to the ticket that serves as proof of your shipment
If the items returned are correctly received, Dusk Cosmetics will refund the paid amount (excluding initial shipping costs and the costs that you made to return the product) to you within 30 days.
Even when returning part of your order, shipping costs are for your account. The corresponding amount will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable in this case.
Do you have a complaint about a product you ordered? Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your package by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint and a picture of the delivered package. You can expect a response within one day.
If the complaint relates to an error on our part, we will resend the product. In case it concerns an error on the part of the transporter, a complaint is filed with that party and we await the outcome. All other type of complaints will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
